My wife and I have rented through Gulf Realty Rentals several times, and each experience has been excellent. We have always received professional service along with genuine personal attention. The property and its location are perfect for our family, and we look forward to making this our regular vacation rental for years to come.
Easy booking, easy check in and check out. Been going to The Boardwalk since 1984, and have kept the tradition going into adulthood. Had a great time yet again at our second home. Gulf Realty was very responsive and helped us book last minute trip down weeks before we arrived. Thank you!
The unit was not as advertised. The exterior and beach photos used in the listing are from a different condo. Although the title includes “Bayside,” the listing uses photos of the beachfront condos across the street, and the map location also points to the beachfront property rather than this unit. The description repeatedly states “on the beach” and even refers to it as “a rare beachfront property,” which is inaccurate. The amenities list includes a “patio,” but there is no usable patio.
