Very rude and extremely disrespectful. Not helpful and was given false information from the beginning from Gwen.

I have had to go in to the Gulfpower office in Niceville on multiple occasions. I am always greeted when entering the building, by the utmost kind cashier named Gwen. She took time to show me how to use the kiosk and answer all my questions. Gwen is the most kind, friendly, patient person that I have come in contact with. Gwen definitely is customer service oriented! Great job, she is a keeper.

Wow! Not surprised to find a complaint here. We came in to set up a new account and Gwen helped us at first. She went to the drive up window and then my wife asked for a bit of clarification. She made a snarky comment behind the counter to the other employee saying, "isn't that what I said?!". My wife brought it to my attention and then walked outside for a phone call, at which time I heard Gwen speaking ill of her! Very immature and a huge lack of professionalism.

Absolutely useless. It's baffling to me that you cannot update a credit card on file in person. Gulf Power is a major company, not a lemonade stand. If they had competition here, they wouldn't even exist. They're continuing on borrowed time.
