4/24/2021 Called in downed power lines after some bad storms blew through Panama City Beach, FL. a few weeks ago. Gentlemen who took my call was very belligerent and seemed to be annoyed that I was bothering him by contacting customer service. May have very well been having a bad day, but don't pass it on to the customer!
I called them jerks several times to ensure I did not have a high deposit that I had to put down. And if I did have a high deposit I would have it that moment prior to me moving in after me moving in but no we are in two months later and they want to $275 deposit! After getting on the phone with them to complain I just got a bunch of lies and bull crap.
