CS doesn’t know anything. Our account was wrongfully disconnected and they told me my power was connected… as I was sitting in my dark home with no power. Supervisors are no help.

BE AWARE!! In this economy, payment arrangements are how we're all able to get by until the next month. THEY ARE NO LONGER ALLOWING BACK TO BACK PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS. There was no heads up of this, no notice mailed out, no email sent to let us know. Just a rude awakening that it's us vs them and they're not here to help us, only line their pockets, at whatever the costs. If we thought having Gulf Power in the area sucked and was as bad as it could get, we were all sadly mistaken. BEWARE!

Worst company ever! All I’m trying to do is transfer my service to a different apartment number in the same place and all the agents are telling me system is down and I’ve been putting my requests in for days! Only got 1 start because I can’t give zero, ridiculous!! No answer to when the system will be back up and they keep making empty promises that I should call back to get the next account number. I had to hang up because I didn’t want to tell them my mind

I just wanted to report that my street light was out. I got transferred six times. While that was happening, I logged in and found the page for reporting street light outages. I told the CSR that I'd take it from there. How can a big company like FPL be so poorly run (at least with regards to customer service)?
