Good place to get your spares and friendly staff but terrible at answering a telephone, i literally tried ringing dozens of times over a couple of days and nobody answered the phone, you have to drive to the business to ask if they have what you need, thats not good for business!
Travelling back from Punsand Bay and into Weipa we had an electrical fault with the car and we were concerned it might strand us on the roadside. The mechanic shop were so helpful even though extremely busy, and were able to get us in at short notice to diagnose and fix the issue. All staff I interacted with were very polite and helpful and the work completed was done without fuss and at a very reasonable price. Thank you for getting us back on the road.
On our return journey from the tip we had engine problems. Managed to limp to Weipa where we saw the Family Team at GPS. Turned out we needed a new cylinder head for the Ranger. Chris, Guy and the team had us back on the road, heading home in a timely manner considering where we were. Chris and Guy were awesome to deal with and would Highly recommend them Much appreciated
Great service by GPS today. Managed to squeeze our vehicle into their full schedule for a much needed wheel alignment. Karen, Chris and all their service team were incredibly helpful.
