Friend bought a car from here with a misaligned bumper. She was promised "Oh just book sometime next week and we can align it for you don't worry". And suddenly when my friend brought the car they said they gonna treat it as a separate job with another charge
Very Shitty Car dealership that i ever went to. The person whoever is working their doesn't match the position. He doesn't know how to treat a customer and lack ethical standards he should be professional trained to handle customer rather than ignoring and showing attitude. Sold me a car with the back bumper out telling me he will get it fixed after few days went back to fix it and he started asking money and saying that "he wouldn't have negotiated at first if he needed to fix it". The fella who runs this sold me a shit car and it’s currently quoted at over $6k to fix it, sent emails no replies at all. Had no idea about cars and he promised everything was good, windows don’t even go down now the left hand side mirror come completely off after it looked like a shitty glue back on job and the centre break light shattered as soon as i closed the boot, and the aircon compressor and pump shit itself a week after i bought it, $3k quote to fix that. Don’t go to this bloke pure con man .
Very disappointing experience. I felt taken advantage of and pressured throughout the whole process. The person running the business seemed more interested in getting money than being honest or helpful. What I was told did not match what happened to the car after I bought it, and once the payment was made, the attitude completely changed. I felt misled, and manipulated into buying a car that couldn’t be sold. Wouldn’t recommend this used cars dealership based on my experience there.
This used cars dealership sold me a car that does not have a main fuel tank in it, after repeatedly telling me it does as I questioned him many times why it is running off the sub tank. The person that runs this dealership is deceptive and is only interested in your money, he does not care about you or any car that he is selling, only making a profit.
