This company is useless they bring an old bed charge for brand new can't get any customer help at all they have ripped off the V. A for charges on our things im sure others as well then if you ask for them to come service anything they delivered its an hassle every week its a battle to get things correct .. Our 1st bed was 2 foot boards never set up properly 1st bed had bad rails we ended up with bad rails an 2 nasty skin tears an if complain they maje you feel like its fault nope we are done an they can come get it
It's almost as though this entire place is run by temps. Absolutely no ability to do anything for clients. Replacement equipment lacks adequate quality. I would 100% rather pay full price from Amazon then deal with this company.
