Staff went out of their ways to help my 92 year old mother who is in a wheelchair get knee xrays! So much respect and courtesy shown. Would recommend to anyone seeking their service.
I had a good experience. Staff was helpful although the wait time was rather long; but in their defense they were booked. I also understand that some patients take longer than others.
Horrible experience. Waited over an hour for a 2 mins x-ray. Front desk was rude. Never coming back.
Front desk was very courteous. Thank you. I asked for a fee schedule and I was told that it is shared with doctors only and not customers. They don’t have none posted or any to be shared though I payed for the fees. This is concerning on two levels on why they won’t have one posted and why will it be shared with doctors. How does one know that I am paying for the correct procedure and not being charged different than others. Vey bad business. I will report this to better business bureau.
Was a bad experience this visit. Appointment was at 4:30, was told to be here 30min. They had all my information since I was here 3days ago. Waiting and it’s 5:40..
