Herb and his team listened to our needs and created the most beautiful centerpieces for an event we had, 10 pieces in total! His choice of flowers and colors matched what we wanted and he was so creative in the design, staying within our budget. Herb & his team are our GO TO florists in Sarasota!
I use this flower shop regularly and have had a wonderful experience. The team is easy to work with, and I appreciate the care they put into every order. It means a lot to have a florist I can count on. Highly recommend!
Ok, this is an updated review; I had originally given 3 stars being disappointed at the roses I had ordered. They figured out which customer I was and contacted me wanting to make things right. I’ll say they did so and much more. This is a first-class shop that goes beyond customer service. I’ve never experienced this before. Blown away. Ok, I’m sold, they are my exclusive florist from now on. Awesome job!
I made the purchase online the night before and noticed I made a mistake in the postcard included with the flowers arrangement. I emailed them and for my surprise the email back immediately with the correct message on the card. They follow up on the delivery status was excellent. Recommend it 100%!!!
Excellent professional service from Herb-called them in the morning and my friends had beautiful arrangement that afternoon.
