Worst managed rest area in Massachusetts. The gas station doesn't sell or is out of stock of windshield wiper fluid. Bathrooms are disgusting. Four sinks and one soap dispenser. 2/3 of the hand dryers have been broken for years. Mass DOT should be ashamed of their contracting.
