돈 뽑을 때 조심하세요. 1000$ 뽑았는데 970$ 나왔어요! 보자마자 50$ 사이에 섞인 20$ 발견해서 창구 직원에게 보여줬지만 자기들은 자기네 고객 아니라고 확인 불가능하다고, 제 한국 은행 통해 민원제기하라고해서 내 은행에서 너네 CCTV며 기기 확인이 불가능한데 너네 CCTV 확인해달라 해도 ATM과 CCTV는 지점 관리가 아니라 불가능하다고 하네요. 그래서 은행 사이트 들어가서 고객센터에 문의했는데 마찬가지 답변.. 결국 한국 카드사 통해 민원 넣었는데 ‘기록지 이상 없음’으로 못준다네요? 한국이라면 50$ 지폐박스에 20$가 들어가는 일 자체가 불가능하고 단돈 천원도 안맞으면 그날 은행 정산이 안된다는데 어찌 이런 일이 있나요? 은행이 허접하면 CCTV 확인이라도 하든가.. 트레블머니 수수료 무료라 돈 뽑고 결국 송금 수수수료 이상을 은행에 갈취당한 기분이네요.. 하나은행 로히드지점이나 아님 신한은행 코퀴센터 이런 한국 은행 이용해야겠어요.
