I spent over 10k on this window, after installation by their recommended Origin / Sterling window installer. Not only does the window not close all the way, the bottom track was damaged by the Origin installer. Their solution was to spray paint the track, which should be a matte, factory finish. It is scraping off and damaged, but Origin and Gulf Window and Door refuse to replace the damaged piece. My window has been like this for 3 months.
Had a great experience working with Gulf Windows and Doors to purchase Marvin Windows for our home. They were very responsive throughout the process and delivery was smooth.
Grayson is very easy to work with and has gone above and beyond to make clients happy. We will be working with Gulf Windows & Doors in the future most definitely.
Don't use these guys they are very hateful. Rude to customers and the truck drivers that park around the building.
