I would write a zero star review if I could. After years of giving them good business they have refused to properly refund an error that was fully acknowledged by them earlier to be their error. They then refused to accept the business risk of their error, charging us - former repeat, regular customers - a restocking fee of over 67% of the value of the doors. If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a skylight through this company and they ordered the wrong coordinating blind. Instead of offering to switch it out for the correct one, they blamed the mistake on me and said they would do nothing about it.
