This is a caution for all future tenants who wish to stay at this property. I do not speak for every condo, only the one I can give my personal experience about. We reserved Gulf Dunes W #513 months in advance. We arrived late to find many issues, both inconvenient and dangerous. We were greatly inconvenienced by the main deck sliding door broken and unusable. All guests had to access the deck through the master bedroom only. The master bath had a severely clogged drain.
