Me and my wife moved in a few months ago and the apartment has been wonderful. All of the management has been extremely helpful and they have such willingness to work with you on any problems. The grounds are kept super clean and is a great place to stay. Highly recommend Gulf Cove. -Tyler Ooton
I just moved into the apartment but the wonderful leasing office ladies (Alex and Ariel) been super helpful. As has Micheal the maintenance guy. Any issue we’ve had they have been able to fix super quickly and have been able to answer any questions that I’ve had. ~Brianna Johnson
I moved in to this complex 4 months ago and am overall satisfied. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Ariel my leasing agent who made moving in an absolute dream and went above and beyond for us during the move in process, even after moving in she has been amazing about keeping the residents informed on anything important. Been living in this complex for almost a year. This is a decent priced apartment if you are looking for something cheaper and close to the military base. The office ladies are kind and patient and helpful and respond timely if you run into anything. The plus is the pool, 2 big pool for kids. And quiet. Doing laundry have to take it out to the unit laundry room. Other than that, it’s a good place.
