Service call and the technician were timely and well explained. I learned losing power will reset the system. I also now know how to reset the system and where to find the correct numbers for our softener. Great employee and company.
Brian was very courteous and efficient and was very knowledgeable. We've been with them for 34 years and whoever serviced the system, or whoever I talk to on the phone, they are always professional and polite.
Brendon did my reverse osmosis install today, he even brought out a black matching faucet to match what I have, and on Monday checked out my water softener and replaced filter. I cannot express how professional and knowledgeable he was. I would definitely recommend him!
