This company promised to remove the bromine from our water. They sold us a basic water softener at the price of $3500. It DID NOT REMOVE THE BROMINE AS PROMISED. I had to fight to have them remove it after the 3 day cancellation window. Which they did a few days later. Thank you God! Buyer beware!!!
Brian was amazing. Great customer service, answered all my questions (and gave great suggestions regarding hoses and adapters),helped me remove a stuck hose on the Culligan unit. He also discovered why my power was off to the unit. Um. It was not plugged in, my bad. I had unwittingly unplugged it for another appliance. Duh!! Anyway, Brian is friendly, helpful and Culligan should be happy he works there! Thanks again! FYI also very pleased with the filtered and soft water I get from Culligan.
We had Culligan for over 20yrs. without any complaints , Their systems are awesome and need little reasons to call for maintenance but if you do… they are on it! You may have tried others but Culligan is the best!
Sadly, I would not recommend Culligan of Largo or their service. My initial sales person was great. Additionally the techs who installed and removed the system were very nice. I finished my 2 year contract and requested to cancel and it’s been a headache ever since. Their customer service rep gaslighted me telling me I wasn’t charged a certain amount on a certain date (I was), that the water softener had been picked up (it wasn’t) and to top it all off they increased their prices prior to informing their customers. We experienced a brine tank overflow. Cause was due to aged (10 yrs) equipment. Anthony stopped by and quickly analyzed the problem. He contacted management about the equipment and the next day we had updated equipment installed. Anthony was very professional and courteous in explaining everything about the system. He tested the water and the settings for the new unit. He cleaned up after himself, even sweeping the dirt off the street that fell off the old tank.
