DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!. had leased a softener and carbon filter for 10 years and when it was time to replace they wanted to install system for city water, didnt know i was on well water. Never sampled water for hardness or other impurities that may need special filter. did my own lab sample and learned the carbon filter was never needed as it is for chlorine in city water or iron and sulphur in well water, which i had none of on lab sample. they don't seem to know what they are doing.
