We had Culligan for over 20yrs. without any complaints , Their systems are awesome and need little reasons to call for maintenance but if you do… they are on it! You may have tried others but Culligan is the best!
Sadly, I would not recommend Culligan of Largo or their service. My initial sales person was great. Additionally the techs who installed and removed the system were very nice. I finished my 2 year contract and requested to cancel and it’s been a headache ever since. Their customer service rep gaslighted me telling me I wasn’t charged a certain amount on a certain date (I was), that the water softener had been picked up (it wasn’t) and to top it all off they increased their prices prior to informing their customers. We experienced a brine tank overflow. Cause was due to aged (10 yrs) equipment. Anthony stopped by and quickly analyzed the problem. He contacted management about the equipment and the next day we had updated equipment installed. Anthony was very professional and courteous in explaining everything about the system. He tested the water and the settings for the new unit. He cleaned up after himself, even sweeping the dirt off the street that fell off the old tank. Super rude Salesman was mad I went with another company and attacked them
Excellent service by Billy and Anthony. Billy did an excellent job of explaining everything about the water in my area. He was on top of things when I made my decision to put in a water softening system. Anthony did a great job of the install. He was professional, courteous, and explained the equipment. Thank you for a positive experience. Would recommend Culligan to anyone who really wants clean, soft, water!
