I have had a bunch of Kidney Stones in my 55 years. Travis is the best urologist I’ve ever seen. I would recommend this doctor to any of my family members without hesitation. Dr. Green is great but the staff answering the phone and attending the front desk are terrible. My husband called all day because he is out of medicine and just got put on hold 4 times. Each time he held 15-20 minutes and then was disconnected. The one other time he called it went to voicemail and he couldn’t leave a message because it was full. Very disappointing. The only reason I don’t give a lower rating is because Dr. Green is such a good doctor.
The staff is a nightmare to deal with. I’ve called 7 times to try to figure out where his medication is, I have yet to get a response. Dr. Redrow is great, but if you need any assistance prior to an appointment, you will struggle for hours trying to get any assistance.
