Thought you should know I visited Lil Rascals Puppies the other day while I was in Florida. NONE of the dogs had water, all bowls were bone dry or either flipped over. The one employee in the store was too busy talking on his phone to care. Half the puppies were pissed off and I don't blame them! They have disabled reviews on their Facebook page (it would be full of 1 stars if they didn't) and are so ashamed they removed my post on their page. poor customer service. My wife had an older latino man walk into ladies dressing room of "Steps-New york" , his male kids followed him opening the curtains to expose all the women in dressing room to outside customers. Manager shugged shoulders, laughed and did nothing about it. All items that were to be purchased were dropped by my wife and walked out. Getting back onto Alico Rd is a nightmare. Put a stop light at the Royal Queen Blvd and Alico Rd intersection.

I worked in this town center for years. It's been a few years, and I've had a child so we don't frequent often anymore. Today I went shopping with my one year old and saw the aftermath of last nights locals all over the place. Cigarette butts all over the ground, dirty bandaids, trash, and it just looks like the town center has let the place go downhill. So many places have gone out of business & the vacant units are infested with giant flys that you can see are covering the walls (especially the one near Charlotte Rousse). ... read more
