I rented a trailer from UHaul in Baytown Tx. Traveled 2 hours on country roDs and had a blow out. Apparently U haul contracts roadside service with Gulf Coast Tires. Long storg short it took 2 & 1/2 hours for tire person to show up and change tire. It was hot & rainy and I am over 65 years old. Driver kept calling to say he would be there shortly. I am very unsatisfied with the service from their roadside service!
I called Gulf Coast Tire with a flat tire at 5pm on the side of I-10 just outside of Beaumont. Danny arrived within 30 mins and changed out my flat with my spare. Thank you for the quick response!
James was very knowledgeable and very helpful! After being stuck on side the road in an RV all night, James delivered when no one else could! Great people, great prices and great company!
Absolutely the most amazing and caring people you could ever ask for when you’re in a bad spot with no way out that you can see. They went out of there way to drive almost all the way to China at 11:45 at night to help me so that I could make it home to my babies! I drive a Jeep compass limited and for those of you who don’t know (like me when I bought it a few weeks ago) Jeep no longer gives spare tires with their vehicles unless you buy the grand Cherokee. James was an absolute godsend!! Not only was he the only one to answer and accommodate me quickly, he has the best prices. Now a days everyone is trying to take from others, you can tell he just wants to be a helping hand. In less than 30 min he met me and got my tractor back rolling. I was heading to Georgia but from now on when I'm near Beaumont, TX, he's definitely my tire guy!! Thanks James
