This place sucks. I purchased a unit from here through auction and am still unable to pick it up due to no way to get ahold of anyone. Their answering machine is full and can't leave any message. They say they are open but are closed once you arrive. Wasted over 4hrs of my time and still haven't been able to collect contents in unit or get a refund. Prices went WAY up. Not worth the exorbitant fees. My things were very very dusty. Very inadequate for the price. Very difficult to get Uhaul in. Some things were damaged.Very expensive shoes were damaged by rodents. Check elsewhere, better value at other places. Late fees are outrageous and you are constantly called if late even a day.
