Just called because I had been referred out to this office and haven’t heard from them. The woman answering the phone was incredibly rude and stated as if I should’ve known that their doctors are leaving at the end of this year and that they aren’t accepting new patients. When I thanked her for her time she said “okay” and hung up. They could’ve called to let me know they weren’t accepting new patients when my doctors office faxed them, and also ya know, just acted courteous. Learn some people skills.

Mrs. Dr. Sedrish was absolutely useless, a complete waste of my time and money. She couldn’t answer any questions definitively, IF she didn’t just answer with “I don’t know”. I would tell her how I was miserable & suffering EVERY day...she would just nod and say “yeah, I know, it’s hard”...REALLY??? SHE was supposed to be the one to HELP me, not make me feel even more helpless & hopeless. I knew we would be moving to VA within a year...I just tried to hang on until the move. I was a patient Of Dr Phillip for years. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is compassionate, thorough and has helped not only me but several other women who were suffering with fibromyagia to where life was a living hell. Got us all back to living normal lives. He believed us when no one else would. Said all in our heads. No such thing!! Well I beg to differ with them.
