My grandma went there and within 1 hr that we left the nurses completely ignored her didn’t check on her even when she clicked the help button we called and ask for them to check on her and they said no and within that time she had developed blood clots on her legs and it was till morning that they checked on her only because my grandma called one of us to tell us she was hurting never going there again
This place sucks. I would suggest putting your family member anywhere else but this pitiful place that they call a rehab center. My mom was in there less than 24 hours and ended back up in the hospital. The night nurses completely ignored her. They never came in her room to help her at all. They never gave her any of her pain medication. There’s so much more I could say about this place, but I’m not. Most important thing DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.
This place has a nurse from hell on West side of the place. I tried going over the head of nursing and the lady over them to advice her but I didn't get any help from no one I had a fainting spell and the nurse over me was so mean telling me I had to hold my arm up but I had no strength she pull my arm so hard and hurt me they wanted me to stay longer but was to scared to stay please don't send anyone their or you will have a rude hateful time I could not take it anymore
My mother spent around 10 weeks in a room with another nice lady, so this review is based on my experience with staff as I was checking on Mom dailly and the care my mom received. It's worth mentioning that this facility is owned by a parent company that runs 3 rehab facilities. I picked this one because I found it to be clean and good indoor and outdoor areas to walk mom, and the staff and patients seemed happy.
