Office staff was very helpful, although nursing staff was horrible , no one knew what the other was doing , my father was dirty. He was treated very unfairly due to a condition he cannot help. The day we went to visit my father , we were told he was at the hospital. A tall nurse decided to get loud with my mother and say they had called all day at her home number and no answer . My husband and I appreciate all of the staff at Gulf Coast Health and Rehabilitation. They do an amazing job of keeping their patients satisfied. Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by friendly personnel who are more than happy to assist you. After your identity is recorded, you are allowed through locked doors, a great safety feature. My grandma went there and within 1 hr that we left the nurses completely ignored her didn’t check on her even when she clicked the help button we called and ask for them to check on her and they said no and within that time she had developed blood clots on her legs and it was till morning that they checked on her only because my grandma called one of us to tell us she was hurting never going there again

This place sucks. I would suggest putting your family member anywhere else but this pitiful place that they call a rehab center. My mom was in there less than 24 hours and ended back up in the hospital. The night nurses completely ignored her. They never came in her room to help her at all. They never gave her any of her pain medication. There’s so much more I could say about this place, but I’m not. Most important thing DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.
