Laura and Archy are awesome! They are genuinely interested in helping all of their clients achieve their fitness goals - whether running a 5K, playing tennis, or simply being a healthier person. They go above and beyond to help their clients, and I would definitely recommend GCP!
A small but intimate gym. I go to Laura Morgan. She is an degered traineer who creates a workout program to meet your specific needs. She makes sure you use proper form and technique to get the maximum benefit from the exercise and to prevent injury. The rest of staff is friendly and professional.
