I want to give a big thank you to Jazmine for all her help with my rent house. She was patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had questions or concerns, she responded quickly and made sure everything was handled properly. I really appreciate her kindness and support throughout the entire process. She made everything so much easier, and I’m very grateful for her help.
There’s mold, there’s rats, there’s roaches, and there’s leaks that have NOT been fixed since we moved in (September of last year.) I don’t think it’s the fault of the property managers though cause they seem good, they just need new maintenance people. Update: they’re working to fix things!! They were pretty quick about it this time our biggest problem right now (I didn’t know) as far as the leaks they can’t get ahold of our upstairs neighbor.
Very timely and gets the job done as quickly as possible.
