I was shipped my knee brace due to covid 19. It did not fit. After seeing a second doctor and him telling me a knee brace would cause further damage, I called Gulf Coast 4 times and Steven would not return any of my phone calls until the insurance got involved. H e will not take the knee brace back because it has germs. I told him I have not worn it because it didn't fit and he refused any type of return and laughed at me several times on the phone call.
