Our office printer went down due to something Cox Internet changed on thier end. GCOP sent Thalmus Williams to repair. Thalmus was polite and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. GCOP as a whole has always sent top notch employees to our office. Keep up the good work.
After a very rough start eight years ago with both Gulf Coast and with the machines offered, this company has stepped it up - especially in the last year [2024]. Once we finally got a machine that worked for us in the office, I found that I was extremely happy with the machine. And the customer service has improved in the last three years or so. Their service is impeccable. Ask for Steve Gammon. His service is second to none. I refer him to everyone I know. He is not a salesman that disappears after the sell, he sees it through and still checks in all the time and we have been having our machines for over ten years. If you think ink is killing your budget call. I’m telling the cost with Gulf Coast is much more effective than big box stores. Plus have you ever had a printer last more than 10 years. I have 3.
