We’re from out of town and purchased day passes to work out here, but the experience was terrible from the moment we walked in the second day. The owner kept questioning us, making unnecessary comments, and acting extremely rude instead of simply helping resolve the issue with the pass. Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I purchased a day pass just looking for a place to work out while on vacation, and instead of being welcoming, he questioned me with a very disrespectful attitude and rude mannerisms. The whole interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Bought a month pass online for this gym while visiting town and had a really disappointing experience. We came in the first day with no issues, but when we returned the next day, the owner immediately started arguing with us saying we “didn’t have passes” even though we had already purchased them online. What a fantastic gym. They have day, week, month passes for those who are visiting and you can set up those passes very easily online. You download an app that uses Bluetooth from your phone to access the building. It’s so easy to set up. The gym is great, it has everything you need and more. Restrooms and machines are clean. I met the/an owner while there, he was super friendly and showed me around. It’s an excellent spot for bodybuilders.
