Had MRI done on August 2. Unpleasant but tolerable. Technician not that comforting. He told me disk would be sent to my neurologist that same day and not to bother to bring my copy when I go for my appointment. Disk was never sent so when I went to the neurologist a couple of weeks later, he could not give me a diagnosis. I went home with excruciating back pain and three weeks later I’m still not well all because the disk was not sent in time as promised. I needed a MRI quickly, they were able to get me in the same day. When I arrived the front office was very nice. Anita the Imaging Tech, was so nice, helpful and thorough in the information she gave to me. During the MRI, she checked with me several times to make sure I was comfortable and liked the music that I had requested. I've had other MRIs and this was a much more pleasant experience. If I ever have to have another, it will be with Gulf Coast MRI! They are the best!
