Billy the mechanic who greeted me upon arrival was very kind and helpful. My new push mower self propelled at one time had stopped propelling. Billy was honest and told me I had hit a block of wood and I needed a new trans...so he advised buying a new one. Me on the other hand thought who needs self propelled mower anyway will be getting a great work out twice a week on a huge lot...it's c ok I like hard honest work....right???
