Great company to work with, the colleagues are respectful and treat each other as family, and it's refreshing especially when you're dedicating eight hours of your life there daily. The client are their first priority, the company's mission and foundation is dedicated to helping young and adults alike to function as knowledgeable and productive members of society. The salary is amazing and they give out gifts cards periodically. Overall great atmosphere and loving colleagues.
Worst place to work very unorganized not only do they mis treat their employees but they dont care for their clients here they allow them to play in their own poop with out properly cleaning them. Such a sad experience here i am glad i move on to a better job. Dcf should shut down these crooks. They don't remove mold properly here they paint over it this place is unsanitized and very disgusting. The kitchen has roach droppings under the sink. And the mattress liening has pee stains.
