A staff member with the last name Huang, who spoke Chinese, answered my call. Unfortunately, I found the interaction to be unprofessional, and her tone came across as unfriendly and discourteous. This made the communication uncomfortable and not as helpful as I had expected.
The wife is horrible. No resection and manners. The worst one I ever met.
