Dr Porter and his staff have made my transition to hearing aids easy and informative. Dr Porter describes what is happening and what to expect. I'm never rushed thru the appt. He makes adjustments to the HA for the best hearing. Been very happy with staff and ease of appts, resched, communications. They are the best!
I had severe anxiety about getting hearing aids. The staff is so supportive. My nerves were calmed the first time I spoke with Melanie. Brandon was very thorough. I am excited for this journey! Thank you for the warmth and passion about people’s hearing!
Brandon Porter is the best audiologist I have ever seen in the 18 years I have been wearing hearing aids. He reconfigured and reprogrammed my 2 year old hearing aids and I can hear about 50% better. He did the same for my wife and her tinnitus has reduced significantly. On top of this he is very courteous and personable. Highly, highly recommended.
Of course once the hard decision to have a hearing test is made, one does not want to wait 6 MONTHS for an appointment. I thought that was absurd. I called Gulf Coast Hearing for a number of reasons, great online reviews, proximity to my home, ample parking. I was surprised to be scheduled right away. Then I was delighted by Brandon Porter. Brandon Porter and the staff are amazing. They are very professional and extremely personable. They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in great detail. They put me at ease and assisted me in getting the the assistance I needed.
