Dr Porter and his staff have made my transition to hearing aids easy and informative. Dr Porter describes what is happening and what to expect. I'm never rushed thru the appt. He makes adjustments to the HA for the best hearing. Been very happy with staff and ease of appts, resched, communications. They are the best!
I had severe anxiety about getting hearing aids. The staff is so supportive. My nerves were calmed the first time I spoke with Melanie. Brandon was very thorough. I am excited for this journey! Thank you for the warmth and passion about people’s hearing!
This place is phenomenal. Everyone is caring and positive. Dr. Brandon is very generous with his time and information and has some fascinating insights about hearing and the brain that will give you hope and make you responsible for your mental health. Brandon Porter and the staff are amazing. They are very professional and extremely personable. They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in great detail. They put me at ease and assisted me in getting the the assistance I needed.
Of course once the hard decision to have a hearing test is made, one does not want to wait 6 MONTHS for an appointment. I thought that was absurd.
