great customer service, great product, and great price.
Called on July 18th, 2024 to get a quote on having 2 windows replaced due to broken glass. I was told they would come by the following week. I made arrangements for someone to be at my home, every day, for when they came by. Nobody showed up, called or text. I really hate when a business acts like their time has more value than yours. I will take that as a sign of how frustrating it would be to actually do business with them. Thank goodness they're not the only glass company in town.
I needed a front window replaced on my home in Sweeny, I called in the morning and Veronica got the crew out that day to replace the window. She gave me a fair quote over the phone and stuck to it. The window looks great and they didn't even need to enter the home to fix it. Great service! Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the results of the work that was done. First the technician came out and took the measurements for the glass . Then other technicians came to install all went well they were very professional and courteous showed up when they say they would I am very pleased with the work they cleaned up after themselves Will used them again
