Gulf Coast Generators has been servicing our whole house back up Generac for several years. They have always been responsive and reliable. We recently had a lightning storm that blew two fuses on our transfer switch, and also fried the computer board on our generator. Our experience with Gulf Coast Generators was SUPERB.. We purchased the Generac 24KW wifi generator. We have absolutely zero complaints. One individual in an organization can make and another can totally destroy a service company. I had an opportunity to interact with the owner of the company, Kent the afternoon of a large storm in the area. Best there is! A lot of companies sell Generators but most do not give continued excellent service. This is my second house that they installed a Generator and never an issue with either one. 15 years of service combined. I also had them install one on my dad's house and never an issue. Thanks Kent for the excellent product and service.
