Chris and his crew did an awesome job installing this 6’ aluminum fence for my property. They customized the layout to meet the unique needs of the property, with a 10’’ single gate and a 20’ cantilever rolling gate, with electric Liftmaster gate opener. The Marine Corps Eagle Globe and Anchor on the gate was an awesome touch! Great job guys, thanks so much! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
We ordered our gates online and had an excellent experience ordering with Gulf Coast Gate and Fence. Chris was wonderful to deal with through the entire process. He is very personable and we received personalized attention from start to finish. The gates were perfect. Excellent quality. I was amazed at the quality of the packing and protection used to ship the gates and lift master openers safely to us. Chris delivered a very nice custom gate at a reasonable price in 4 weeks, the gate was crated very well and delivered by Old Dominion Freight line. Reading some of the reviews concerned me and communication could be better but not a huge deal for me considering the very nice gate that was delivered to me in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely will order another gate in the future based on my experience.
I gave 2 stars because technically, I did get a gate that matched the style and dimensions. However, the powder coating was only on the parts you could see standing up, and even that was spotty. The bottom side of all rails and frame were completely missed. The metal was the thinnest gauge possible. My 14’ gate weighs no more than 75lbs. I’m not exaggerating. It’s flimsy, thin, posts and gate flex and bend, and I don’t see how it’s going to hold up more than a year if I put a gate opener on it. I’ve called 3 times over 3 day... read more
