Greg and Steven in the Gulf Coast Ford Service department are the absolute best. I had an issue with my winshield wiper fluid spraying on my Bronco Sport for months. When Steven CAME TO MY HOUSE and corrected my recall issue, I told him about the windshield fluid issue. He immediately contacted Greg (supervisor). So yesterday, Steven came to my work and fixed the issue. I can SEE! Both gentlemen were concerned, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Restores my faith in SERVICE work. Thank you both so much.
