They are unreliable. Scott will not communicate with customers or potential customers. I've been given the run around for the last 2 weeks being promised I was going to get a call from him to let me know when he's coming out to do the work because I informed them that my pool install revolved around this work. I wound up calling back and they tell me " he's backed up and may could get to you in 5 days or he may get to you in 2 or 3 weeks".
