Bait and switch with lackluster customer service. Advertised savings rates were not honored. Website not current. No honoring of advertised rates even when brought to their attention. This means that they are not detailed oriented which is SCARY in banking industry. They made me wait 15 min in an empty lobby while they counted money before assisting me. I've banked with them for 13 years. They have always not only greeted me with a smile but by my name. I'm always asked about my family and our well being. I enjoy banking here and God willing will continue to do so as long as I can.
Been doing business with them since 1974 always had a good experience with them.
