High interest rates on loans, low interest on CD's, savings accounts and checking accounts. Rude customer service personnel that doesn't care about satisfying their customers complaints.
Great staff
Staff has always be friendly to me and have never had an issue. Just wish they where oepn at least half a day on sat.
