We were interested in car refinancing and were told "we do it and you'll automatically save 1%" back in December. We tried applying for it after our "skip a payment" in January and were told "we don't offer refinancing". GCFCU gave us 2 different pay off amounts in the SAME day. Inconsistency in communication about our loan and what you offer shouldn't happen. All employees should have the same training and answers for your members.
