Would rather let an animal die just because the haven’t “ had” your business yet. Client only but we called you for a goat. Wouldn’t that be making me your client?
In my 2 appointments I’ve had for my horse, the vet and tech have been 1 and 2.5 hours late. I felt judged that I had my infant with me and he was very fussy due to being outside waiting for almost 3 hours, look I don’t want to listen to it either. I wish there was some courtesy as to call and say they’d be late because something else ran late or came up so I could’ve planned better or known I could’ve gone home for 2 hours and come back. One week ago tonight I brought my 17 year old donkey in, that was very sick from a poisionous snake bite. He was struggling to breathe and many more complications and I wasn't sure if he would make it. The staff jumped into action and started the anti-venom drip and during the night was given 2 bags of fluid. He not only lived but is thriving and is as spoiled as ever. They saved his life.
