Two weeks just to get an appointment scheduled. And that was after I called them more than once to be told I’d get a call back to get on the schedule. Then it was scheduled over a week out. Finally had someone look at the job. Then I had to call after the appointment because I did not hearing anything for a week after the appointment. Had to call twice to get the quote sent to me. GCE provided excellent service on my boat dock power install. From my initial contact with Greg who provided an estimate that did not escalate through the job to the office staff who provided friendly support through scheduling and billing, my experience was beyond reproach. Danny and his installation team (Jason, Robert and Alan) did exceptional work even providing solid recommendations beyond my initial layout. Thank you all for a job VERY well done!

We had Robert out to help add some capacity on our front porch, sub out a light fixture and check some things. He was so kind and amenable - great custservice!
