I had an issue with a hot ground causing shocks to a garage door. GCE sent out Mark, who was outstanding. He methodically tracked down and diagnosed two errors made by other (not GCE) electricians at my home, clearly understood the technical issues, fixed the problems (which involved repairing wire issues with limited access), and found and replaced a bad switch in the process. Caleb was prompt & called with his arrival time. Came in, assessed the installation I needed and was back out in under an hour with all floodlights mounted and working properly.
