Home buyers beware. My house was built by GCDH in 2017. My septic system is failing after only 2.5 years. GCDH states that it's because I didn't pump it even though must septics dont need to be pumped until year 3. City health inspected and stated that septic was installed to close to water table and that the ground around the system is impacted.
