Went in for a visit that I had a referal for from my primary doctor as my insurance requires and upon showing up they told me I had no referal and weren't even sure how I had an appointment. Thinking maybe my doctor forgot to do a referal, even though I got a phone call from the nurse telling me when my appointment was, I went back by my doctors office and they kindly handed me a physical copy of the referal. I was so disappointed with this company. I went in for a follow up yearly routine appointment that they solicited me to do. I had no true concerns at the time, but the visit was covered by my insurance so I went in. While there, I asked the technician about a tiny pimple like bump by my nose. She said oh, it's nothing, would you like me to remove it for you? I said sure. Less than two minutes later after using a sterilized needle it was gone, two months later they sent me a bill for over a $100 for it. Apparently I had opted... read more
