I’m always been very hesitant to leave negative reviews online, but the experience (ongoing) we’re having with GCA Collision is beyond terrible. My son’s Corolla was hit in the high school parking lot at no fault of his own. We’ve taken it in to GCA Collision 3 times now and at this point, it’s still not fixed. I recently had to use this collision center through my insurance to repair a fender bender. Overall, the repair process was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated the text message updates that kept me informed every step of the way. It made the experience much less stressful. I would have likely given this shop 5 stars if it weren’t for one issue. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the replacement headlamp appeared stained or defective. Brought my 15 year old Camaro in to have it re-painted. I have an extremely rare paint color and it looks brand new! Daniel even delivered the car to me since I would not be able to pick it up over the weekend. This is not the first or last time I will reach out to Daniel & Gulf Coast for anything my car needs.
They did a great job on repairing my car and cleaned it afterwards too!
