Not a happy camper after vehicle in shop multiple times for repairs. The lack of communication was unacceptable. Had to contact the service department each time to ask for an update - this was not just after 1-2 days - this was after all week of waiting while car was being diagnosed, parts ordered and received to repair vehicle. Definitely not customer focused and definitely confirmed my future vehicle purchase will not be here.
Terrible service department. The last four pick up trucks I had were brand new GMC’s this time. I left the GMC service department, which is terrible and went and bought me a brand new Ford pick up F150.
I refuse to trade in my vehicle as planned! This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Let me start off by saying, my husband and I purchased 2 vehicles in 2022. One of them is a 2023! We purchased an extended warranty on both. The salesman Sedrac was great! But as soon as my husband and I started having issues and recalls on our vehicles, we turned to the service department. They first took our vehicles in without wanting to give us a loaner.
