Absolutely terrible service. I reached out via text on Monday (they note they prefer text) and by Thursday we still did not have a reservation as we were lucky to get one text back a day. They showed an issue with my email address and had no solutions to offer - even though I showed them my email was accurate. I reached out to another company and had a reservation confirmed for the same day. This company never responded again - didn’t care if we booked with them or not. Great experience renting a cart from Gulf Coast Carts. Tyler was responsive and friendly. The cart we rented was clean, fully charged and a fun way to get around Anna Maria Island. Free pickup and drop off made it super convenient. I highly recommend renting from Gulf Coast Carts.
The guy that dropped it off to me was as friendly as they came, explained things an kept in contact with me an always responded to any of my questions! I look forward to renting from GCC...
Spent a week with our family on AMI and it wouldn’t have been as fun without a golf cart to tour around on. Great company. Cart was clean, fully charged and in great shape.
