Why do doctors have to have a 100 people come in appointments early in the morning and 100 people come in appointments in the middle of the day and 100 people come in an appointment for the evening time? It's like we get there on Monday and we're still waiting to see the doctor and about that time we go to see the doctor it's Friday but we're still in the building and never left. I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance. I called a week before to confirm, and then again on the day of the appointment to remind myself of the time. That’s when they informed me that my appointment had been canceled and said they would call me later to reschedule, but they never did. They could’ve told me that days before, not the day of.
