I love the Sea Hunt Ultra 229 I bought from GCBC. Rick in the Service Department is exactly the kind of guy you want to take your boat to for repairs. Rick was completely understanding, respectful, honest and handled all my repairs impeccably and on time. Gulf Coast Boatimg Center had my boat 30 days for service for simple warranty items and to correct my trailer setup. Sparing time and details, the service mgr talks out both sides of his face. Does not have a grip on workload. No concept of schedule, efficiency, integrity, accountability. Nice guy but doesn’t get the job done. Blames his staff, manufacturers, everyone but own self. 30% of the work was completed and of what was completed, only 2 repairs were of quality workmanship. This is one of the last family privately owned dealerships in this part of Florida. Most of the other dealerships between Mobile AL and Tampa, Florida are owned by one big giant conglomeration even though they have different names it’s owned by the same parent company. This dealership has the big city service with the hometown vibe. Great selection great prices great people and I love my 2024C Hunt game fish 25 with twin 200hp Yamaha motors.
