It was ok big scratch in the floor A houl in the bathroom next to the toilet on the floor. No vent stack for kitchen pipe with aluminium fill over it ?? Grate location. If the owner wants to make it better fix the problems with the APT. I'll bet the bord of health would be on her quick

I seldom use hotels in Pensacola. If Gulf Coast BnB has a property available, that's where I go. If I'm alone, that's where I go. If she and I are in town, Gulf Coast BnB is first choice. I/we have never been disappointed.

Horrible experience. The place was dirty old age wraggedy. I request a refund immediately . Even my 12 year old child was grossed out . The lady gave me a hard time taking bout i have 20 rentals and i know it’s not dirty , just no accepting of the places condition . I also have a Airbnb and i told her i do. Not like to complain but this is ridiculous And unacceptable. She still denied it was a horrible spot but told me she would refund me but she had meetings all day and it would be tomorrow because she is entirely to busy e... read more

It was a beautiful condo. Clean, walking distance to shops. Beach right across the street. I would definitely stay here again.
